Who is responsible

REPERTORIUM LLC operates Index Naturae and is responsible for the registration information described here. Contact: joey@arQ-iv.com.

When you register

We collect your email address, chosen collection or design, its associated catalogue reference, and the version of this notice shown when you register. We use these details to understand interest and send development and release updates about your selection, as you request when registering. Choosing “All collections” asks for updates about the collection as a whole.

Registration is optional. It is not an order or reservation, and this site does not collect payment details. Confirmation appears on the website; no automatic confirmation email is currently sent.

How information is handled

Netlify hosts this website and receives and stores registration submissions for us. Its forms service uses Akismet to filter spam. Hosting also involves technical request information, such as your IP address, requested page and browser information, to deliver and protect the website. Netlify and its service providers may process information outside the country where you live. Netlify's privacy and service-provider information.

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information in your message so we can respond.

Keeping and removing your entry

Registration details remain in the register until they are removed. To stop updates, withdraw your registration, or request access to, correction of, or deletion of your details, email joey@arQ-iv.com from the address you registered with. These requests are handled manually.

You can withdraw your request for updates at any time. Withdrawing it does not affect processing that has already taken place.
